"Had to exit because of ice storm during travels. Met with huge resistance to rent me a room. Had to beg even though it was obvious no one was going to be here for any other reason, on this night. Hotel appears to be owned and operated by a married couple. He seems kind and resonable. Her--not so much. I am being kicked to the curb and not allowed to stay another night, even after offering to pay for more. Room itself is pretty sad: drawer hinges not attached, duct taped chair, water stained walls, broken...about everything. It is warm and I felf safe. Off I go into the icy cold!"

"BEWARE!!! I booked several rooms the week BEFORE the Rock the South dates were announced for a work trip through expedia. I entered my card info, but choose the option to "Pay Upon Check-In". Once they had the Rock the South dates and knew they could make more $$, they cancelled my rooms and claimed I cancelled. I called the hotel because I got emails from Expedia telling me I had 24 hours to contact them to keep my reservations. I talked to them within 4 hours. They told me they tried to run my card. They did not. I called my bank and they never tried to run it. They just knew they could get more from someone coming to the concert so they cancelled. The man I spoke with was appallingly rude and told me to "take it up with expedia" and no surprise, the rooms were already released and none are available. I have almost always used expedia to book hotels and never had one issue. This is absolutely unethical and disgraceful!"

"It's was a nice place. The service was absolutely fantastic. Just a little dated but it had newer showers and toilet. So it looks like it being addressed. Would stay here again. Staff at front desk was amazing I was made to feel welcome and appreciated."

"Not a 5 star hotel, but everything was very nice. I was able to book a room 1 day in advance for a low price. The manager was extremely helpful and kind!"
