"This used to be very nice apartments. Now it's under new management and they no longer maintain the building. Management don't care about the residents. They rarely open the office door to address the concerns of the residents. It's very dirty. Some walls have been torn down and not fixed. Appliances don't work. Some type of sewer water is coming from people's kitchen sink. They also have leaks throughout the building that is some type of chemical that resembles antifreeze. The carpets are so saturated with this chemical that tenants are using their own towels to help absorb it. Then they have to wash their towels using their own money. Their belongings are getting destroyed and they have no help. Most people that live here are disabled or elderly. The residence are inhaling this foreign substance without any idea of what it is. Something needs to be done here before this once nice apartment becomes condemned."
