"This Hotel is old, so remember that. The rooms aren't giant they don't have ALL the amenities, but it's got location, location, location AND atmosphere. The rooms are small but cute, the bathroom was rad and the lobby was radder. It's close to so much including the people mover which is awesome. The Candy Bar is downstairs which is super fun and is across the street from the Opera house. SO, if you're down for historic charm close to fun things... look no further."

"The location was perfect for what we were doing. The staff was AMAZING and helpful. There were four different bars that were associated with the hotel. Food and drinks at the Ash-Bar were beyond amazing! Sid Golds had a really good vibe, and the drinks were strong!! Highly recommend."

"Customer service was great. But if you’re looking for a place that has space, amenities, along with comfort, this is not it. No fridge, no microwave, no clock, not even a phone! The bed comes to just below my knee and I am 5’6”. The one little chair in the room came halfway up my shin for the seat. There are no closets. There is no dresser, just a cupboard. There was one hook in the room and a hook in the bathroom. You do not have control of the thermostat in your room. You change it to 65 goes back up to 72. We had to open our windows just to get it to cool off in here. For the price you pay to stay in this hotel, you should have a little bit more convenience in the room. The lobby in the hallway leading to the elevators is very dark with the walls, painted black. There actually two elevators but not clearly marked and black. Posted pictures for comparison of our duffel bag to the height of the bed and chair."

"Beautiful hotel, hospitality is awesome. There are 2 adorable bars decorated impeccably. The candy bar on the main floor is all pink featuring a glass hand blown chandelier from the 70s composed of 1000 pieces. Super cool. The showers are so big you could have a party. Only negative - the hand soap and lotion smells like a foxy grandpas cologne, super strong and there was no bathroom fan. I’ll come back for sure."

"Great people! Loved the gentleman that checked us in and the super happy girl working the Ash-Bar restaurant at breakfast. Even the valet personnel were fantastic. Rooms are decent, simple... some are nicer than others. I didn't care much for the decor. It was a little too dark in the hallways for me to feel completely comfortable with it. The location is superb! Walking distance to all major venues."
