"Beautiful views and an over the top NYE party with amazing food and entertainment. The crowd was so upbeat, and the employees went above and beyond to make sure that everyone had a wonderful experience. My only small complaint was that there was very little toilet paper and not enough soap and shampoo for a 3 night stay, and we did not have a do not disturb placard for our door. The safe didn't work either. We called 4 times for toilet paper, extra soap and shampoo, and 2 extra pillows. 2 hours later, we had a knock on the door with a gentleman holding one roll of toilet paper. Although we knew that the hotel was booked and busy for the holiday. So we made do with what we had. All in all, I would definitely stay again."
