"I’ve been here a whole year and I can honestly say that Bianca brings happiness to that office. And I’m looking on here and I see someone said that she hung up on somebody and that don’t even sound like her. Her customer service is 10 out of 10. Most definitely recommend Bianca when you step foot into warren manor."
"I currently stay here.The stay was fine all the way up to my final last 2 weeks. My apartment was involved in a burglary and they got away with over $3000 worth of valuables . No forced entry(also stated on the police report). The management refuses to take responsibility or try to help . When they currently have at least two companies doing renovation work with a master key around the complex my building included but my apartment was not on the list for renovation. Never received an email or phone call stating so. Since last week the security doors are unlocked 24 hrs. The contractors are here from 11am -11pm. If you're looking for somewhere to stay where anything could happen and they put you at fault and tell you everything is "Hearsay". Without a video . Then be my guest. The management sucks. They have switched the manager 3 different times within a year . The current manger is very nonchalant and doesn't care about the tenants well being just the money . I give this place no stars because I currently don't feel safe . The one star is for the helpful employee Bianca who has been more than a great help since my move in! Be careful before applying here or be camera/ring alarm ready! Hope this helps someone!"
