"This place is a joke. We had no hot water. The rooms were dirty. The employees were smoking inside of the building. While we had to smoke outside. The employees were rude. We couldn't even sleep there was screaming and yelling all night long. Things being slammed. I wish I would have gotten a refund but I didn't want to deal with the front counter."
"I walked in with my friend to get my coat she borrowed & the manager Jennifer (who watched her leave out to get me) asked her what room she was in my friend told her & she accused her of lying didn’t even attempt to check completely escalated the situation just started yelling then called the police on her even though I said I would just leave mind you my friend had paid for the room HOURS before that happened. Smh"
"It's an okay place to stay but I must admit, I'm not a big fan of the no outside guest rule but I get it. I had to walk a long way to get to my room which I didn't like. But overall it was ok. But I think I rather stay at hotels where I can walk directly into my room from outside."
"The moment we arrived the parking lot was not plowed or salted, I had a confirmation email stating we could check in at 1pm, get there at 1:30 and the front desk clerk was extremely rude and argued with us that it was 3pm and she changed it due to being booked from the storm the previous night. I never received an updated time change email and drove 2 hours in a snow storm to make it to the hotel to have to sit for an hour and a half in the vehicle to check in. Then our room was missing furnishings, in terrible condition, stains and the cherry on top- we found DRUG SYRINGES in the room! We packed up immediately and notified the front desk so they would be aware of our terrible experience and not get poked with a needle. The front desk clerk again was rude, argumentative and never even apologized for our awful experience! I have never felt so unsafe in a hotel and would NEVER recommend anyone to stay here. It was a NIGHTMARE."
