"I was looking to book a new hotel for a few days for my kids and I while my furnance was broke and couldn’t get fixed until Monday. I was on an site and in the fine print it said “cash deposit: $100” I called this hotel BEFORE booking to get clarity on the deposit. I was told that if I was to pay with cash, I would be charged a $100 deposit, but if I booked online with my card, they would keep my card on file. I then went ahead and booked the room for the next day. Show up the next day being told I needed a deposit either way and I just didn’t have it. Lady at the desk was not helpful or caring. Already spending over $500 alone on hotels that week, it just wasn’t in the budget. Very upset about the misinformation and left me scrambling for new arrangements while waiting days for a refund."

"Room is kinda decent for the price but carpet is nasty and has many holes and the mattress a lot of stains and the fridge in the room keeps falling out when u go to open. The front desk lady is extremely rude, we have an Autistic kid with us, he had a little melt down as Autistic children and the lady said to another family checking in, what is wrong with children these days, extremely unprofessional. She was super nasty. Do not stay here. The pool room has weaves and hair all over, the chlorine smell is strong it burns your throat. I will never stay here ever again."

"I do not recommend this hotel in the slightest. It’s too many others surrounding this one to settle for such a terrible placement. I hadn’t even been in my room for ten minutes when i opened the door to go get ice and the woman passing me in the hallway notified me they had just switched her room because she found bed bugs in her original room. After that I was already on edge and it didn’t help that when i looked in the corner of the room on the ceiling And saw black that i couldn’t tell was mold or not. My guest went to the front desk to buy snacks and was told next time they have to come to our room, they’ll be sending security which had us baffled because they hadn’t been down a first time at all. Then later we were PLAYING CARDS with the tv off when they came back and threatened to kick us out again. I don’t know if they were hearing someone else and got us mixed up but I feel the front desk handled it rudely, and blatantly had an attitude. He had multiple smart and sarcastic remarks he made as well."

"From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the staff and it really set the tone for the whole stay. The hotel's location is nothing short of perfect, it is close by many spots!! The room was comfy and clean. The breakfast was yummy!!! I'd totally come back again!"

"We had a great stay at this hotel! The staff was nice and friendly. Room was very clean and stocked well with towels. We had a great night's sleep and were able to enjoy a wonderful breakfast in the morning. We will definitely stay here again when we are in town."
