"We moved in a couple months ago. So far so good. Maintenance responds in a timely fashion. The office staff is kind and professional. The neighborhood is quiet. They keep the grounds up. The unit is cute and cozy. No complaints. Satisfied with our stay here so far."

"Don’t get me wrong, I have loved the almost year that I have lived at Lakeside Boulevard Townhomes. However, new management has raised rent prices for renewals $300/month. Affordability was a key factor in my stay here which has now changed completely - this has caused numerous people to move out recently. This complex is far from perfect, my neighbor recently had an electrical fire in her kitchen that warranted the fire department arriving, trash has been days late, and more, so the rent increase is a bit absurd in my opinion for a far from perfect community. I’d recommend looking elsewhere if you want to avoid dramatic rent increases in future."

"Ok so I have lived here a little over 2 months and the location is great! Many shops close by like Costco and Target. The neighborhood is quiet and people keep to themselves. These townhomes are relatively new as they are about 4 years old. The layout of the townhome is nice. I love the open area downstairs and the rooms are big and roomy upstairs. The reason for my rating is how the townhome was turned in to me. First let me say that this townhome has only had 1 previous tenant per management but my biggest disappointment was that it was not even clean when it was turned into me. Management did give me a small credit but for all the cleaning I had to do it really was not much. Next the floors are all scratched up and so is the stove (not a fan of the electric stove too) and the cabinets are scratched up. Next the paint job done was bad. There were dents in wall were the painters could of filled it in and then painted but they just painted and dropped paint in a lot of places (I had to really scrub the kitchen counters to remove the paint). There are a lot of places that still need a touch up…. So what I am getting at is that you can tell either management did not walk the apartment after the painting and cleaning or they just did not care. Rent is not cheap here and as they do advertise themselves as a luxury townhome I would of expected more care and detail go into these homes before they are turned into their next tenants."
