"I lived here for 2 years I don't recommend this apartment, too much spiders and you can hear the neighbors garage open and close all the time, second thing i put deposit for $1650 when i left i clean the rug for them and the room was so clean the wall fine and they came check everything before my lease end they said everything is okay but when i left they didn’t return my deposit for no reason"

"An excellent and safe accommodation in Shelby township, MI. Great location close to 26 mile, M-53 and M-59. The amenities include: clubhouse, gym and pool - and are all in great shape. The management and maintenance team are respectful and responsive. Great experience 3 years and counting."

"Updated review after living in my apartment for almost 2 years — first I must say how shocked I am that some people would leave so little stars and complain about hearing neighbors when we do, in fact, live in an apartment on top of each other so yes you will hear neighbors on occasions but I’ve gotten used to it tbh. I love the management here, my utilities are still working great as they are all brand new in my new construction apartment. I love the area and the apartment so much I cannot put it into words. I literally have nothing bad to say about living here, I’m hoping they like me just as much so I can renew my lease lol when you compare the price, location, and how nice the units are it really is a steal to live here. I could pay the same somewhere else that is old and gross. I’ve always had super quick service from management to the point where I was shocked how fast and attentive they were. My neighbors kid cut the sump pump and our basements flooded. This was during the weekend and I had someone out 2 hours later to fix the problem, everything was cleaned up and sent a carpet cleaner to my house right away. They even corrected my rent for the month to make up for the flood. I was so pleased with how they handled that situation that I could literally cry. I’m soooo soo happy here, and no I wasn’t asked to leave this review lol I think people with bad reviews are the neighbors that cause the most ruckus in the first place… happy tenant here! :) thanks for allowing me to live here I appreciate you both so much! :)"

"Worse apartments I’ve experienced. Yes they’re nice to look at. However you can hear literally everything your neighbors do. Sitting at a table, walking, talking, garage door opening and close 24/7. If you want quiet and peace these are the wrong apartments. Also, the unit wasn’t cleaned out before my gf moved it. Bugs and left over dishes from old tenets."
