"Recently moved in and could not be happier! The girls in the office made the paperwork process so easy and fast! Also the maintenance guy came out within 24 hrs of my service order for two minor repairs that had to be done. The employees seem really on top of things and that makes me as a resident feel very comfortable in my decision I made to move here. The attached garages with no extra monthly fees are a great perk as well!"

"Applied here based on a recommendation of a colleague. My colleague applied here to be placed on the waiting list and raved about the customer service she received. Meanwhile, I reached out via email on 11/7 and received one email back on 11/9 with a link to apply. Great! Had a follow up question and responded, but no answer. Applied a little later on 11/27 even though I didn’t receive a response. No response. Sent a follow up email on 12/10. No response AGAIN but my credit was pulled and everything processed on 12/13 but I was not told if I was approved nor denied via the portal they used. Even then, I make 3.5 times the monthly rent here with perfect rental history and am incredibly clean background, so I was sure I’d hear at least SOMETHING. I waited. I sent a follow up on 12/26 because it’s the holidays, maybe everyone is busy. Crickets. Never heard from anyone. A shame. My colleague received amazing customer service and she inquired mid October, applied, and was given a chance to secure a townhome early November, which she denied. Why didn’t I receive the same service at all? I decided to remain at my current townhome. I just wanted more space for the same amount of rent I pay now while keeping the same amenities such as attached garage, wooden floors, and updated kitchen. However, the customer service here is 30x better than what I received, or lack thereof. Edit, Oct 2023: I left this review back in January 2022. I do want to note that the above is reflective of this property when it was called “Shelby Woods North.” It has apparently been rebranded and is now dubbed Stonehaven."

"I have been renting an apartment in Shelby Woods North since January. From day one, the staff has been incredible! I have been to the office numerous times to tell them how good they all are. Personally, I think they should be paid more, because they’re that good! Lol! The staff is always on top of every problem that occurs in the apartment complex and takes care of it immediately. They are excellent at reaching out and communicating to the community with any issue that may occur. They have also organized activities and fund raisers to raise money for great causes. The staff is kind, helpful and will go out of their way to help…always! I can’t say enough about how much I enjoy living here, and it’s largely due to the staff that manages the apartment complex. I highly recommend living at Shelby Woods North Apartments!"

Office staff was the best! Jenna was always available to help out with anything needed, and she did it with the utmost professionalism. Would recommend highly!"
