"I took a tour of these apartments and the apartments look nice on the outside but the inside is built with the cheapest builder grade essentials. Flat wall paint and cheap carpet. I stopped and asked tenants on my way out of the complex what they thought of the facilities and living at Annsbury and both tenants replied that they would not recommend living there and that management was horrible and most times they tell you to just call the police. That being said I will NOT be moving in here!"
"These are beautifully updated apartments and we love the location but the walls are absolutely not sound conditioning. I can hear my neighbors on each side of us and above us, I mean we can hear EVERYTHING. I will say our neighbors aren't excessively loud, it's just everyday moving throughout the home, TV/music and conversation but it's still like they are in the next room of our apartment. I didn't expect it to be sound proof but I wasn't expecting it to be this bad. Aside from the noise the apartment was fairly clean upon move in and any maintenance request was dealt with in good time."
