"This place needs to be condemned. Heat was always going out, which caused pipes to burst and then water damage. Nothing ever got fixed or cleaned, however the landlady wants to go up on the rent. I was without a working stove for over a year. After moving out, I had to play bill collector for over six months to get my security deposit back. The landlady wanted to debate over the amount of the security deposit as if she didn’t have her own copy of the lease agreement. I also had an issue with the landlady misplacing my rent payment. She claimed she never got it. After mailing out another check…. A year later she found the check, and changed the year and cashed it. I wouldn’t wish this experience on my worst enemy."
