"Mrs. Mary Clements is a good manager at the Hadley Hall apartment complex. The apartments are a nice size that comes with ultities included in your rent of free heat, water and trash. Electricity/gas is no more than $23 a month and in the summertime the bill can range from $80-100 a month, which is still cheap. You will have to purchase an air conditioning unit, 1 should suffice. The building is also safe as you need your set of keys to go everywhere being that it's locked doors. A laundry room and bike storage is located in the basement. Cats are allowed up to 2. The good thing about the Wayne State/Midtown area is that it's an ample good time response for police and fire department. To be located in the Midtown area; apartments are still cheap."
"I lived in these apartments for two years. Great price for being in the heart of Midtown! Secure parking, safe environment, big windows with lots of natural light, hardwood floors. Management does a decent job taking care of their tenants."
