"I guess I can be the REAL review. Never trust an apartment with little to no reviews. This APT has been open since 2021 people are moving in and out so you’d expect some reviews. Anyway, I had to break my lease early because I couldn’t deal with the landlord. I can’t deal with a non responding, arrogant and condescending slumlord. Other tenants can vouch for me on that. Edit: There was way too many issues going on in this apartment especially for me to be a BRAND NEW tenant. I can only imagine how many other issues was going to occur if I stayed. I can see this apartment being infested with pest and mice soon. I’ll give it 2-5 years maybe sooner than that because some tenants are nasty. They throw their trash right near the dumpster. (I’ve never seen the dumpster full) so they’re just lazy. Then some will shoot their trash over, miss it and never pick it up. New maintenance guy cleans once a week and half clean at that. I’m glad I left before it turned more ghetto."
