"As a tenant at town residences since 2021, I feel like I have a lot to say about this building. The apartments are beautiful. Doug the concierge is amazing. I must say, as time went on…I noticed cockroaches coming into my place. Even dead ones were on the floor when I moved in. No matter how much bleach or spray you use they will find a way in. Only one elevator worked for the entire year of 2023. I then fell into hard times, and management did not allow me to pay a partial amount towards my balance, which resulted in me getting evicted WITHOUT them giving me at least a 24 notice on my door which is against the rules stated in my lease. Completely unprofessional. There were like 3 different management companies within the 2 years I stayed there. Please find peace of mind elsewhere."

"When I first moved into Town residences it was a disaster my bathroom would not stop backing up and nothing was getting solved with the previous manager but thankfully Greg was currently taking over that position and worked so hard to make sure it got fixed, On top of Turning town residences into a much better place So I want to give a huge thank you to him for not only that but treating my boyfriend, my dogs (always gives them pets and treats) and I so great the entire year we were there. I also want to give a huge thank you to Talia in the office who stayed even after hours helping clean up my bathroom when the backing up was happening and helping solve any issues along the way returning all my calls and helping with anything she could she is truly amazing! Then I want to give a huge thank you to Doug at the front desk who never failed to make anyone who walked in smile, he made everyday walking into the building a good day. He goes out of his way to make sure everyone there feels at home and feels safe. He is so caring and will listen to your problems and give you any advice you need! is overall just a great human being and is very great at his job! So as long as they work there it’s worth 5 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"Love everything about this place so far! It’s a great location, right in the heart of the city, the staff is really nice, they have nice, updated apartments, and a doorman, which is a huge bonus if you live in the city! The only downside, is that there is only one elevator working atm (they are fixing the second) and I live on the very top floor, and when the one elevator isn’t working…you’re very much walking up all those stairs, which has happened twice since I’ve been here. But, honestly other than that, can’t complain! Very charming apartments."

"✨DONT MOVE TO TOWN RESIDENCES IF YOU DONT LIKE COCKROACHES AND THE WHOLE BUILDING SMELLING LIKE WEED✨ My experience living here for the past two months has been far from satisfactory. First and foremost, the apartment complex advertises itself as "smoke-free," but I've had to endure two fire alarms caused by smoking within the building. This is not only a nuisance but also a breach of their own stated policy. The laundry room is another source of frustration, with a persistent roach infestation. Despite multiple emails detailing the problem, it appears that the management couldn't care less about evacuating, deep cleaning, or pest-bombing the area to eliminate the roaches. This has forced me to use a laundromat to wash my clothes, which is an inconvenience I shouldn't have to deal with in my own building. To add to the list of issues, in my first month of living here, I had a plumbing problem. It took several weeks of writing emails before they finally admitted that the issue wasn't my fault and took action. Overall, my experience has been marked by a lack of responsiveness, mismanagement, and a disregard for residents' well-being. I'm extremely dissatisfied with the current state of affairs in this apartment complex."

"Town Residences is a great place to call home, and I wanted to give a special shoutout to the evening concierge, Doug, for making it such a positive and welcoming experience. I moved in about four months ago, and Doug has been nothing but friendly to me since day one. Even after coming home from a rough day at work, Doug somehow manages to make it better. He is a very genuine and kindhearted person who always has a smile on his face. He truly cares about you, and I can see it from all of the interactions he has with his residents. He remembers all of the residents' names and greets everyone as they come in or leave. Everyone loves Doug here, and I highly recommend stopping by for a chat with him!!"
