"DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT RENT HERE NO MATTER HOW BAD YOU NEED A PLACE TO STAY. and here’s why first of all I wanna start with the landlord and her name is brandy she’s a liar. not only did she lie and say that there is no roaches, mice and bed bugs but she also showed us a whole different unit than she gave us. She told me and my boyfriend that the unit she showed us before we signed was a unit that was only for show and put us in a unit that was horrible. The whole building is disgusting and there is trash everywhere. The reviews must be getting deleted because there is no way nobody is saying anything about how bad it is here. I also wanna mention how much of a coincidence it is that our water got turned off right after we complained to our housing about how terrible it is and sent them pictures. She doesn’t answer her phone because she doesn’t care about how dirty it is and how unsanitary living here is as well. I’m not only calling the health department but I’ve also been talking to other tenants and they will be calling too. If you don’t believe me I’ll drop pictures for you to see but they don’t deserve to get paid or own a building period."

"Here’s a list of the Cons and Pros of living here guys. CONS : 1. Ghetto Landlord that smokes all day 2. Horrible Maintenance (Things never get fixed) 3. Infested with mice 4. Infested with roaches 5. Halls smell like dog urine 6. No working washers or dryers 7. Holes everywhere 8. No cameras for safety 9. No mail box keys so anyone can touch your mail 10. Rent unnecessarily high (it ain’t even worth 5 dollars here) 11. Annoying neighbors 12.Hallways always dirty 13. Trash always everywhere in/ outside the building 14. Raggedy old windows with holes 15. Old refrigerators/ stoves that barely work 16. Tubs get stopped up everyday no matter how much less water you use 17. Water take forever to get hot 18. No air conditioning in the summer 19. People always get robbed that live in this building 20. No lights barely around the building for people safety at night 21. Multiple large dip holes in the back 22. People cars always getting hit in the front PROS : Unfortunately, there isn’t any."
