Ryan Court Apartments

"Worst apartments to reside. Management do not acknowledge complaints of tenants fighting which happens often, loud noise (partying, arguing, dogs barking & pooping throughout the complex grass 'which no pets is aloud') Multiple tenants have put in so many complaints going on 2 years and nothing have been done. Young crowds hanging around the building smoking & drinking leaving bottles and trash behind. None of this should be tolerated in a building especially with elder folks living there. We will be filing a complaint to the local housing authority if nothing happens soon. I will try reaching out to owners first because management is ignorant."

"DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! They are infested with bed bugs! Every single building! They dont do what they need to do to keep up with the problem. They don't make sure that the people cooperate with helping to rid the problem. They move people from building to building without making sure the situation is under control first, therefore they take the bugs to the next place with them! I dont live here but now have an issue with these pests that is going to cost my 1200 dollars because I allowed someone to visit from these places and they were brought along. I called was rudely hung up on and told I couldnt prove that it was from there! Wasnt trying to prove anything besides this management needs to get it together and take care if this problem. Now I know why my rent is so expensive a month because we try to keep tenants and management who cares! These people dont folks! Find you somewheres else."
