"I have lived here for 16 month. It’s like a community within our building. Maintenance is quick to response my only issues are the dogs allowed and the owners do not clean up after them in the building. I enjoy living here, I feel safe, and management was a big help when I needed to move back here from out of state. One more issue., there is an indoor pool in my building that is not warm enough to access the pool."
"The grounds are beautifully kept. The tenants are warm and friendly. I feel safe here. I do wish our kitchen appliances were updated but I love our apartment."
"I moved in 2019 since than my rent have increased ( not at all happy) my heat is not working properly however I do enjoy living here. But it definitely needs some improvements. Enjoy the sauna (OMG) and the treadmill it’s all good. Shanna is nice just don’t step on her toes."
"I have lived in the 800 blgd for 2 years. I have met a lot of good people. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We just need to be able to have the bus take the residents shopping. Activities are being held in the new Activities room."
"I have lived in the 700 building for six years. PROS. Great neighbors. Have had great Activities Directors. Bingo every Tuesday and Thursday. Coffee and Donuts every Saturday in the Clubhouse. Church services in the Clubhouse every second and fourth Sunday. Spring Tea. Secretary of State visits. Door to door garbage pickup every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Laundry room on each floor. There is constantly activities for tenants to participate. CONS: I moved in the 700 building because it had a Cafe. They served breakfast, lunch and dinner. Now it's rarely open. They may be paying rent on time. But it's a disservice to people who chose this building because of the Cafe. One elevator for over a year. Last two rent increases have been high compared to previous years. The bus for tenant activities off sight has been out of service for at least a year. In closing this is a good place for me to live. Some other comments mentioned fire alarms frequently going off. Once the problem is solved the alarms stop ringing. Tenants have received instructions what to do. Many people can't do stairs. We were informed by correspondence to go out on your patio so the Firemen know you need help vacating. Also, this is a senior independent living facility. I gave less stars because of the Cafe issue."
