"Love the apartment. Not happy with the fee I am charged for automatically paying the rent. You encourage auto payment but then charge a service fee to use it. Bad business"

"We have lived at Parkways for almost 4 years now and really love it. When we first moved it was just going to be for a year until we found a house but we decided to stay after realizing that everything is taken care of for us. We have met wonderful neighbors, sit on our patio all summer long, turn on our fireplace in the winter, walk the Clinton River Trail which is right outside our door and have so many shops, etc nearby. The Moceri staff is great. It is definitely smaller than we were used to in our house but it’s amazing how little you need and can get used to."

"If I could give this place negative 50 stars I would. We reserved the 3 bed 2 and a half bath town home, and they called us letting us know our unit wouldn't be ready a month before we were supposed to move in, due to the fact that the current tenant would not leave the unit. We talked to Paul the owner and he said we would have the unit by the end of the month instead of the middle of the month He stated we would be first in line for the unit that we originally signed for. My wife called them back for the exact date of our new move in to find out they took us off the list completely. This place is by far the worst encounter I have ever had with a rent property."

"Such a great experience living here!! The townhomes are all updated with beautiful kitchens. If you ever need maintenance the staff is wonderful will get your request done so fast! The neighborhood is SO safe and lovely to take walks in. Could not recommend living here enough."

"Great place to live. Main Street, in Downtown Auburn Hills, is within walking distance, and the Clinton River runs just behind the property! The property manager(s) have been very accommodating and made for an easy move-in."
