Staybridge Suites Auburn Hills, an IHG Hotel

"Rooms & Staff The staff went above and beyond to help us with our check in debacle. I had made reservations for three rooms (with points) under my name when I was not set to arrive till the next day. I should have booked each room under the name of the person staying in that room. Front office staff and the general manager made sure to verify all information help my extended family get in rooms and comfortable till the next day when I arrived. Rooms were very clean, pool was warm and clean and breakfast was wonderful! Would highly recommend this place and we thank the GM and office staff for being great! From my twin sister, all the 7 kids and myself, thank you Staybridge we had a wonderful family weekend!"

"The hotel is really cozy and the staff is wondeful, they make you feel really good. Breakfasts are wonderful besides being free. It is absolutely great hotel. I changed from the Holiday Inn location to this one. Because of the staff."

"With many guests coming from out of state as well as across town, we were very pleased with our large wedding block of rooms at the Staybridge. The manager, Pilar, helped us set up the blocks and she kept us updated with lists of which guests were booking. We felt we got a very reasonable rate for the area, and were given a convenient link we used on our wedding website. The hotel is relatively new, and the rooms were modern and clean. It was great to have two hotels that were next to each other (Holiday Inn and Staybridge on Opdyke Road) so that our guests could choose the room layout that worked best for them and we could arrange transportation from the joint parking lot area to our venue. It gave us peace of mind that they worked with us a full year in advance, as we were booking for a popular weekend. Our guests were impressed with the courteous staff. Jason at the front desk even set up a beautiful stacked display with our guest favor boxes adding a touch of elegance. We highly recommend staying at this hotel and considering them for a wedding block!"

"Definitely one of the good hotels and breakfast is one of the perks of staying the night here. The rooms are tidy and smell clean when walking in, i really love how there’s a mini kitchen in the room as well. The only downside is there’s no late stay and they’re super strict on checkout times. Also you should stay out of the pool, post 3 weeks ago and my hair STILL smells like chlorine no matter how much I wash it, even cutting 4inches off, it still feels super dead still."

"We stayed here for one night as a staycation and I’m very glad we did. Check in was extremely easy and we were up to our room right away. The room was clean and new feeling and I really like having a kitchenette area and huge fridge. The only downsides were the couch being a partial pull out (twin) because of the chaise. I’m sure it’s fine for most but we could have used a bigger pullout for the kids. Also there was no blanket in the room for the pull out but I got one from the front desk. Of course we had to go to the pool and it was great. It was strange having to have someone unlock the pool but I’m assuming it keeps random people from going in. The pool was clean and very warm which was great for all. I used the workout room which actually had decent weights and equipment (except for a tiny tv). Breakfast was top notch for a free hotel offering. The muffins are legit (not normal prepackaged gross muffins most hotels have) and I enjoyed the offerings which were fresh. Would absolutely recommend to anyone and we’ll be back."
