"I rented an apartment for about 5 years at Regency Park apartments (affiliated with Harman & Tyner). When I moved out, I was charged a bill and needed clarity on what I was being charged. I tried calling Hartman & Tyner and left 4 voicemails for Carmen, 4 voicemails for Becky (who ended up calling me back. She was on vacation but I was still being transferred to her for some reason), 3 emails to Carmen, and 1 email to their collections department in a span of 3 weeks with no calls or emails back. This company is extremely unprofessional, unresponsive and clearly are all about the money and not their customers. You have been warned. If you are renting and the apartment is affiliated with Hartman & Tyner, run the other way! You will go through Hell and back trying to get any answers from them."

"This is my 4th year with Hidden Valley Apt , each year has been down hill , management is not concerned about our protection I have continually complained about the disturbance in my building by my surrounding tenants which have late hour loud gatherings in the basement after midnight with minors & adults . I’ve reported it 7 times to management , I was told to call the Southfield Police which I did each time they came they referred me to management and management referred me back to the police therefore I’ve received no help , I Donot Feel Safe Here ! I have several health issues & has been out on Medication just to keep me calm , Today I asked management what can i do to break my lease she responded nothing I’ll be held responsible for the full term . Help Me Someone!!"
