"The staff doesn't get a chance to do their jobs because of the outrageous turnover. The President of Paragon Mgt. makes resident pay a monthly meal with with their EBT cards even if the done eat the food that's prepared everyday. Compliance is a complete joke and she's talks down to the residents as if they are poor children. The residents are great people in the city of Detroit and don't deserve to be talked down to and treat unfairly."

"For me staff was rediculous. They find reasons to enter your apartment a few times a month to shake you down. They told me the were felony friendly but turned me down anyway, while letting a friend of mine in who also has a worse felony history. I'm glad though cause the place is way too full of elderly people who either sell drugs or hooked on drugs and alcohol and end up setting fires at least twice a month. Far too many breakins and robberies occur."

"Clean, good staff but Margret Davies runs this place like a plantation. There is a MANDATORY meal program with too much starch sugar and processed food! The new renovations have destroyed reception for our cell phones tv and even wireless internet service we have to open the patio door or go outside to get a call! That's not good ITS GETTING COLD!!"
