"Certain parts of the property is not maintain or kept clean. I am embarrassed to have visitors because of the way the parking lot, as you enter the front door and the elevator looks. Especially the front of the building. There are cigarette butts and trash that is not cleaned up. If it is not done daily it can be done at least once a month. I know management see it because they walk by it every day to come to work. I like it here because the friends that I have made and my billion dollar view from the balcony. I used to recommend my friend to apply but I don't anymore."
"I moved here 2 months ago and I’m being blamed for basically everything that people in the reviews have been complaint about since before I got here. I’m being told that Everyone is saying how I have different men running in and out my home when I have daughters and little boys. I’m being blamed for things that’s not true and it seems as if the lady in the front office don’t wanna hear me out. She says that people are taking pictures when my children be outside and of my house. Also, they never answer I’ve been waiting for my mailbox key since I l moved here and no one is giving it to me. It’s constantly a party outside and people are steady blasting their music which again I’m being blamed for."
