"Im going to inform the BBB(better Business Bureau) and the State of Michigan that current tenants have mold, ”Very OLD” appliances in their apartments, in order to receive and upgraded apartment you would have to move out! The staff and office staff coordinators are the worst to talk to on the phone, not professional what so ever! Customer service should be the Highest objective PERIOD! I honestly feel horrible for current’s tenants here!"
