"Terribly unprofessional. A response to the response below: Correction: I was told I cannot be scheduled for a tour until I filled out an application. How does that make sense? I was told that because this is unusual, the application would be free... it wasn't. I drove into the property today to see if I can see someone in person. I parked at the leasing office. I could see someone in the office and saw that someone had left the building just before. I get to the door, and it's locked without a response from the person (or more) in there. And I am starting to believe the negative reviews I see on here from others. I guess I shouldn't have still given the property a chance."

"These apartments are very nice with updated appliances and a sleek look. The manager is really nice, as well as the maintenance team. Pricing is fair for the space and design that you get here at the grand! Nicest place ive ever had, not to mention the balcony view of the sunset I get every day!"

"So my daughter took a look at this place and initially she thought that they were really nice. My daughter also said that the lady she spoke to on several different occasions was very rude and had a snotty attitude. She said the lady really got ticked off because my daughter pointed out that the “three” bedroom she wanted and the one they showed her was really a two bedroom with a study. So they tried to get that one off and charge her a three bedroom price and then tried to say that they don’t have three bedrooms and their website is not up to date. The website has a floor plan that’s called E2 and clearly shows an actual 3bdr apartment. All bedrooms have windows for at least an escape route for a fire, etc. So, they just lost out on what would’ve been a great paying, drama free tenant."

They treat you like you are family to create a friendly community that I am comfortable to live in. Have recommended and still would!"
