"I am in the room 109 we booked this room for two days as soon as we're up we leaving , this place is nasty, floors are obscene, the chair they got out of a alley, no toilet paper took hour to get some. Outside is a nasty trucking co. Hauling factory waste dirt dust everywhere. Woke turned on lamp roaches run got a picture of them. Do not stay here and they refuse to reimburse us the next day. Found bed bug in bathroom, and on my pillow. My foot nasty after walking on carpet. Called the health Dept. It won't let me post pictures."

"The management answered the phone at the un-manned desk between 11p and midnight. It was late, I was tired, it was dark with a lot of fog. It was an unplanned overnight as I didn't fee safe driving on the turnpike under the conditions back to CLE. What I have to say is, I wish I drove to a nicer spot in Toledo. The room smelled like smoke, so did the pillows. The bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly. $77 for the room wasn't bad b/c no reservation - but I got what I paid for, an emergency smelly hotel. I didn't take my clothes into my home, kept them in garage / in a bag/ for 7 days before I will wash them solo on hot water. I read reviews after I got to the smoky room, next time I will do that in the car before I buy a room."

"Luna Pier is a hole in the wall, poor town. It's businesses reflect its overall shape. This hotel is not taken care of inside and out, there are bed bugs and if you were smart, you would find somewhere else. Btw, you can't park anywhere in this town unless you're a resident. No using the beach, no walking the pier, no local shopping, without paying hefty parking fees. 4$ an hour is highway robbery. The businesses in this town should start catering to visitors if they want to continue staying afloat."

"We had roaches in the room and then they somehow found there way into are stuff and now we have roaches in Northern Michigan. What a wedding gift that was. Now we have to have orkin spray are house. I guess it would have been cheaper to get a expensive room at least we wouldn't of got roaches. Told the people about it and they did nothing room 211 has roaches ...."

"The only thing this hotel has going for it is the location. The entire hotel reeks of cigarette smoke, which is crazy for a SMOKE FREE BUILDING. There is no staff, you push 0 when you walk in to get someone to the desk and wait around until they decide to show. We had a blood stain on our pillow (not pictured!, the black stains are something else I found when I stripped the bed before we left), the room was dirty, the tiling wasn’t sealed down on the window seal, no locks or screens on 2nd story windows (PARENTS BEWARE!!!), plug ins by the bed didn’t work, the blinding parking lot lights make sleeping impossible with the shades being too small for the window. For nearly $80 a night, you can definitely do better. Will never stay again. Most uncomfortable beds I believe we’ve ever slept on. Good luck getting housekeeping to clean your room. We hung the service requested sign, left for 4 hours and room was exactly as we left it. You’re better off sleeping in your car. If we could’ve gotten our money back we would have left the day we checked in."
