"I gave a 2 month notice moved out and they had the place already filled and charged me for the month some else was already paying for. Not to mention they over charge for a cheap motel looking place. I lived there for 5 years no hassle they just kept uping the rent."

"Studio apartments are furnished and with a fold-out bed, couch, armchair, small table, and two chairs. College dorm fridge, electric stove and oven, microwave, and sinkerator. You pay electric, but Heat/Air are individual units so essentially that falls on you. Water is paid for. Decent value for the price. Offer flexible month-to-month after 6 months or year."
