"The lady that talked to us and shown us around was very good. The problem we had was when we were leaving the unit we were considering we heard a huge dog bark. Had trouble before with a barking dog and swore it would never happen again. There seems to be a 3 pet limit and there must not be a size requirement or it's not enforced?"

"Redwood is one if the perfect, nice and clean houses i’ve seen, quite area. I had an issue with my refrigerator one time they came the next day and change it all to a new one. Another time one of my bedroom locks locked with my medications inside i called and they send someone after 10min and change the whole lock. Rebecca is a great and helpful person Redwood are lucky they have a person like her and she always follow our requests and never leave a detail. Just one missing detail, hopefully in the near future since we’re paying the highest rent in the area you include the water with the rent bill so we don’t need to pay the water bill too like every other rental properties. Thank you and hopefully you keep this wonderful service."

"Redwood Temperance was amazing! The staff were always available to help with any questions or concerns. The area was always kept clean, the driveway was cleared during the winter, and the lawn service kept the place looking nice! Mike was an absolute treasure and very wonderful to work with! I would recommend this apartment to anyone and everyone! Very spacious, up-to-date interior, and the walls are thick to the point that I felt like I didn't even have neighbors! My boyfriend and I lived here about a year, and we would have lived here longer if we hadn't found a house we fell in love with. Wonderful, wonderful place. Thank you to all the staff and to Mike for such a great apartment experience while we found the house of our dreams!"
