"Beware if you have children, as this company discriminates against families that do. And expects you to get off your floors at 10pm so the neighbors below don't hear the VERY sqeaky floors when you walk on them. You WILL get written up if not. The rules here are very similar to a senior apartment community and thats exactly what it feels like if you are living here. Loved it when I first moved here but it has really went downhill since new management took over. And I have been treated with disrespect since because I have kids. Who aren't even here half the time. Unless you are old, single and have no children then I would Highly recommend looking elsewhere."
"I lived here for 4 years on my own. Maintance has always been so friendly. April was so sweet a gifted everyone a gift for Christmas one year. My neighbors always talked to each other and said hi. Great location on 58. Easy to get anywhere. Great space. I will miss my apartment and will always cherish this chapter in my life. :)"

"Upper management is extremely unprofessional. Makes up rules based on their own motives. My experience was great up until I worked for them then all turned upside down quick never once late on rent and was pushed out w/short notice. Cinthya the building manager and the maintenance was about the only good thing Princeton management has going for them!!! Use caution!!!"
