"Management and maintenance were absolutely wonderful while we were there. Only had to call maintenance twice and they were there within 2 days and issues were fixed within the hour both times. The updated park was a hit for both of my kids. Parking lot and walkways were always cleared when it snowed. Out apartment was remodeled before we moved in and the new appliances and carpet were really nice. My family always felt at home while we were a resident. Our neighbors were peaceful and great people. It was our first place in Michigan and we felt it was a great stepping stone. Thank you"

"2.5/5 Apartment complex is okay. First impression was very bad. Promised $350 safety deposit online and tried to charge us $900 I believe. Our apartment is not refinished and it’s very ugly inside. Old appliances that cost a ton in electricity bills. Maintenance does a terrible job keeping up maintaining the buildings. They do vacuum every week, you’d think they could clean the webs while they’re at it. There is bugs and spiders all over the building. Every time we get rid of one that has a web above our door more come. We have to check if a spiders going to be crawling on our hair every time we open the door. It looks like a haunted house with all the webs in the main entry. Recently had people refinishing an apartment in the building and they threw a large board with hundreds of nails sticking straight up onto the ground. Took them 8 days and multiple complaints to get it taken care of. Rent seems over priced, but it is a bit cheaper than others that I’ve seen. When our ac went out in a week over 90 every day it took days for maintenance to finally come to fix it. They actually had to come twice because it failed again after the first time. If you’re on the third floor you can barely feel the ac anyways. With ac running all day while we’re at work we come home to 80+ degrees until about 10 o’clock. Often times we have to open the windows to actually cool it down better than the ac because it’s hotter in our apartment than in the heat outside. I have never had an issue with neighbors and actually enjoy most of them. We did have someone wiggling our door handle, hope it was someone at wrong apartment, it never happened again. There is a lot of stuff that is not great about this complex. It’s too much work to move out now so we just grin and bear it for the time being."
