"I paid a very expensive application fee being told by one person i qualify and another person i dont. On and off, back and forth. Most of the time they reached out to me and then was rude…im happy i moved on after seeing the comments and pictures. Shame on you for letting these ppl and their babies and children to be stuck in heat with no a/c its 85 degrees and 100% humidity in this state. They literally break their backs at work to give you their whole paychecks and you said nah, live in squaller. I hope this place goes under for the saie of releasing these ppl from their lease"
"They don't even know how to help people that are stuck in the snow or have any help available from this office I asked repeatedly No responsible authority figure of Roscoe The property manager here at waterfront square is ill-equipped to do her job They have known plow trucks on standby they have no emergency protocols for stuff like this Maintenance department is a joke There'snow vehicles in ditches Sidewalks and parking lot have not been plowed Or maintained in any way shape or form trees are down Your responsibility Is the maintain your property And pay attention to your job 5 and a 1/2 hours later actually had maintenance guys come out and plow the sidewalks"
"All the building smell there’s mold and holes everywhere. Speaking of holes the parking lot is covered if you live here be ready for suspension work after the first year. Trash and glass everywhere maintenance puts in no effort to clean this place up. Water taste so bad my cats won’t even drink it. Siding is falling off the buildings. Water damage in the buildings.1000$ for rent is outrages when this place is a sitting dump. Save yourself the application fee and stay far away from this place as possible. The fence by the road is all torn up in pieces looks like trash. Rundown apartments screaming I’m living in the ghetto. Catalytic converter thefts in the parking lot and there are no cameras to protect you or your property save yourself the time and the money. Pool was suppose to open this summer. They opened it for 2 days and shut it back down knowing nobody’s ac unit works here. Now it’s time for heat and we are turning up our thermometers praying for warmth. You have a heater but it doesent work the air smells I could go on and on and on about this rundown piece of ****"
"Save yourself the time, and frustration, and the ridiculous $100 application fee. I started the process with these apartments at the end of July. I should have known there would be issues when I received a confirmation text addressed to the wrong person (still not sure where they got the name Ashley, the mystery continues). I spoke to multiple office members (when they did answer the phone, which was few and far between) and I told them I needed a 1 bedroom apartment. I took the tour and paid the fee, and then didn't hear from anyone for a month. I would call and email just about weekly to confirm the status. I had multiple emails unanswered, which just speaks volume to the unprofessionalism. Every time I spoke to someone it was like they did not remember or recall my application. I had to continuously remind them of the apartment size and move in date. I couldn't get any clear information, just that they would call me after Labor Day - yes, that is how much time I spent working with this complex. It wasn't until 3 weeks before my scheduled move in date that I was informed by a 3rd office staff member that there were no 1 bedroom apartments for rent. They waited until 3 weeks to tell me, most likely to trap me into paying an extra $130 a month for rent for a 2 bedroom apartment. I was livid. When I called to discuss this more, no one answered (shocking, I know). I finally called them and got someone on the phone, specifically the staff member who ignored my emails, and I told her I would not be moving in. She asked why, but you could tell she didn't care. Basically I got a "sorry you feel that way" response. I know they have no intention of changing their extremely poor practices. Please avoid this apartment complex if you do not want extra stress. The entire office staff is completely unprofessional and does not care about you or their jobs. You're better off finding a different place to live and saving your money!"
"No working air conditioner I’ve begged for 4 years to get it fixed.Out of hot water for 2 weeks. Pool was open for less than a week all Summer and ceiling tiles were left at the bottom of my stairs for a week until I complained, I tripped on them and hurt myself. Do not waste your money here!"
