Rivers Edge Apartments

"I am posting an overall experience since moving in on Labor Day weekend 2023. I moved from a rental house that I resided in for 16 years, so apartment life is a new thing for me and has been quite the adjustment. Other than this, I was accustomed to Military housing. My experience has been very good, the complex is repairing and upgrading at what I feel is a minimal inconvenience to parking and daily living issues for most of the tenants. I have no complaints about other tenants and enjoy calling this home. The rent is affordable and the units are older but well kept and even show signs of improvements. The closets are spacious, thankfully, as storage is very limited, a lockable 2-3 foot square box adjacent to the building laundry room. The laundry has a limit 3 of washers and dryers for the # of residents, but, the rent is cheaper so I deal with sharing the laundry. The Laundry is a new experience for me, and am very pleased with how the digital pay keeps the machines up more than I have experienced when using coin op machines and the service for them is outstanding. Work week call is usually next day and they follow up with email updates, the refund is instant. The laundry app is very easy to use. The few times I have interacted with staff have all been very pleasant. The staff are courteous and polite and are willing to help with silly questions. At the current time I fully intend to stay here, awesome location for my work, gym, shopping, and my family. I would also recommend to anyone in need of reasonable rent and living needs to look into this complex as place to live."

"I have been a long time resident of Riversedge Apartments and now I have the pleasure to share this home with my Partner, he also has been enjoying our complex. The staff are dependable and willing to help/ explain when things are going on. If and when noted they are willing to work with my through email due to my job and I appreciate them going the extra mile to make sure not only their new residents are okay but also their old residents. I do wish some things in my apt could be handled slightly differently due to being here so long, but I understand certain maintenance is just better handled in a vacant unit -rather when someone is living there due to time. We appreciate the maintenance staff so much for their constant notes when they have entered our home when we are not there. They not only let us know what work was done but also preventative information for the future. They make the "yes" to stay here easy. We are renewing our lease and hope to receive the same care and concern as before. Which I know will happen. Thanks to the staff for everything!!!!"

"My Exit experience is worst with Riversedge. I stayed for 5 years and there is no Carpet replacement, no re- paint and no floor replacement during the long stay. Once I properly vacated the apartment. In order to avoid refund of security deposit the leasing office is charging me for all the maintenance work which is falling under normal wear and tear. ( like repaint, replacing old Vinyl flooring, Deep cleaning carpet) Please be aware the new management is using all the tactics to avoid returning security deposit"

"I've been living here for few years now. They did awesome job relocate me to a bigger unit from one bedroom to a two bedroom for my child. I truly appericate the managment at the time she was very sweet and kindheart very friendly staff. Parking lot update doors update new widows installed all buildings painted.Pretty quite community property very clean.Also maintenance does awesome job as well. Office team as well. I have no complaints. ❤️❤️❤️❤️"

"Thank you for the new windows. They look great and WAY overdue. The yard looks terrible. Since the painting of our building there have been ladders laying up against a tree. There are also downed tree limbs that have bee there for a long time. I wanted a decoration on my door to make it look pretty and you people said that's not acceptable yet you can keep the yard looking nasty????"
