"This place is absolutely APPALLING I've heard nothing but terrible things about this place. If you're thinking of moving here, DONT. They will go into your apartment and leave the door open, they will do things to your apartment without notifying you, etc. It's disgusting behavior for anyone to do that, let alone an apartment complex. It violates people's privacy and is unacceptable behavior. This place should be REPORTED"

"Rent price increased after applying. They did not notify me of that. I was called into the office and had to leave work early because they decided to close their office early on the day i was scheduled to move in. When i arrived, they didnt have my apartment or my keys ready. Kitchen light is not working, sliding door doesn't lock, sliding screen door wont move and has sharp metal pieces cutting my kids hands, cracked tiles by bathtub, shower head dirty and spraying out from the pipe, bathtub and drain dirty, front of toilet still had pee stains, lots of sticky spots on carpet, kitchen drawers falling apart, under bathroom sink was disgusting, toothpaste on walls, ceiling above storage unit is actively leaking, toilet not flushing all the way, metal strips where carpet meets tile are all lifted and ripping our socks, kitchen faucet has black mold, closet shelves dirty. Hallways dirty and smelly. Maintenance man waa knocking and harassing me about ONE box for a toy from Christmas being set outside my door. Literally ONE box and he was yelling and arguing with me. Now I'm stuck in a 15month lease."

"Update to review. They have been under new management and very short-staffed for a while, but things are getting better. The hole is fixed, and my previous concerns have been addressed. They have been fixing up the buildings, and a few new employees are a welcome sight to get things done. If we can keep it like this, I'll stick around."

"I genuinely would never recommend anyone live here. I’ve lived here for 3 years. No pool all 3 years (except 1 week this summer) but they sure as hell advertise it as a way to get people to move in. I’ve been begging them to fix my balcony and balcony door since the day I moved in and just keep getting told “they don’t make parts for them anymore” SO REPLACE THEM! When they do renewals they don’t raise rent $50 like normal landlords. Nope $215. And if I had gone month to month $557 increase. And do you think they updated anything? Nope. I haven’t had a smoke detector the entire time I’ve lived here. Asked multiple times. Ever since beacon management took over they have just been terrible. They can’t keep managers. Hell we didn’t even have one for a year! And the girl in the office who did everything on her own, yeah wrote her off as a secretary the second someone else was hired. Living here has been a terrible experience and if it wasn’t so damn expensive to move I would run"

"No issues but I would like to Commend Abdul (maintenance) he is always super friendly and goes out of his way to be very helpful. He has seen me with all my children one in a carseat while carrying my work bag, diaper bag and purse and taking out trash at the same time. He always holds the door and insists on me leaving my trash for him to take care of. It's always just one bag that's never too heavy but that helps me emmensily and I am extremely grateful for it. He's very hard working and prompt with any matainence issues."
