"$1000 for an apartment that has absolutely no upgrades and a shared washroom and is crazy . I have this crack in my wall paint that I reported as soon as I moved in that’s never been fixed, along with the lights in my hallway and fridge and the peeling on the kitchen cabinets bc they don’t fix the apartment after someone moves out…. apparently . Just go buy the condo down the street . This is 100% not worth it."

"I have lived here for going on five years now. The first three years were decent, but recently it seems Ashton Pines has hired some very half-witted individuals to run the scheduled maintenance side of things. We have regularly had to go without heat & or AC due to either poor routine maintenance or no communication regarding parts replacement. Rent has continued to increase at a rate of $30-$40/ month every year and for no good reason. Save yourself a lot of stress and find literally anywhere else to live. These lackluster apartments are a joke, and they are managed by a team of incredibly careless individuals with no communication skills whatsoever."

"Although our furnace is partially installed at the moment the maintenance team has worked diligently . It has been a process and they have continually showed up to help and even cleaned up from a water leak for me. With the workload they have I still felt like a priority. We are excited to have a new furnace!"

"We moved into the apartments about 2 years ago and the heating element has already failed 3 times on our stove I finally voiced my concerns to Wilson the maintenance lead about the possibility of probable causes since I’m a blue collar worker as well. He immediately sent Matt over with a new stove who was awesome, very personable, knowledgeable and just a good guy overall. He had the new stove installed in no time!"
