"I was there 3 years. First years when was Bredly and good maitanance manager it was perfect. After they left everything was change down. I moved to 2 bedroom with Jessica promises that everything gong to be done. They just lie and never fixed anything. I had to moved out this complex because was no way to live there. I pay every month for rent. They should do maitanance. No one did anything. They hired maitanance who can’t do anything. When I left they requested money instead of pay me money for cheating me. Terrible management. They lie everything. Tried to called their management company. They promised help me and didn’t do anything. Appartment manager considered that she’s queen. When I asked her about maitanance she was just laughing on me. Many problem in my apartment I was fixing for my expenses. I’ve never seen same attitude from any other places. Again terrible people. Keep away from this place if you don’t want waste money and time. Don’t trust them. Run away from this place. They tried to put ridiculous answer. Don’t waste your time. I have documented all my maintenance request and all yours responds “completed” without anything to do with."

"Dumpster fire.. trash outside, dog run is about the size of a large living room. My apartment experience being, not having a dryer for 3 months (amenity?) kitchen, dining room and bathroom lights flicker (now I'm suspicious if a circuit caused my TV to blow out), my closet light stayed broken for months so I had to use the flashlight on my phone, my kitchen sink leaked twice- all over the place- the toilet never fully flushes, but it runs water throughout the day, my porch light doesn't work...overall I've had about 8-9 work orders put in, and it seemed to annoy the maintenance men A LOT. These are legitimate issues and both maintenance guys treated me like a Karen. The rest of the staff are randomly rude and are slow to respond to anything. Also, consider the fitness center... size of a bedroom - the office is literally 75° per the thermostat, who would want to work out in there!? Maybe the staff should think about their renters and the 'amenities' that makes them feel discouraged to use.. There's been so many issues you would think it's a parody. If anyone ever asks or I hear them/or a stranger looking for an apartment, I will make sure they know this place is beyond disappointing and shouldn't rent. Update: they manipulate reviews (caught it) and shut down being able to post. That confirms they know they're garbage, and have unethical business practices not only by doing that, but having employees post to increase their score. If you scroll down, you will see a big difference from an actual tenant compared to employees/special interest. All the more reason not to rent from these snakes."

"I've been living at Waterford West for over 10 years now and I have to say I wouldn't have stayed had I not been comfortable. Jessica is marvelous and is always on top of things no matter what she tries to work things out for you. The maintenance guys are awesome Matt is phenomenal with my puppies. Along with the other maintenance men. I often buy goodies for the maintenance guys and the office staff just because they are always very professional and pleasant."

"I've lived at Waterford Pines for a year & a half. I recently had a plumbing issue with the bathtub draining properly. Harold & Matt were both quick to respond, very polite and professional, and even more importantly, very knowledgeable about what needed to be done to correctly fix the problem. The Maintenance & Office Teams are always kind, courteous & trying to make life enjoyable at The Pines. Thanks to all, it's much appreciated!"

"I want to thank the staff for their prompt response time to my flooding emergency. I wish to highlight Matt who was empathetic and patient. Matt also hustled and worked hard to vac the water from my rug and help me move furniture. He also took the time to explain to me why the flooding occurred. Never once did he become impatient with my questions or concerns and I sincerely appreciate that!"
