Whenever I’ve had a question or need help, Jason has always been extremely helpful, professional, and quick in replying to my emails and texts. From Traver Crossing, it is very convenient to commute to the UM campus. Kroger is just 10 minutes away from the apartment."

"I have been living in Traver Crossing for about 3 years. The main reason I did not move is the convenient commute to the UM campus and the quiet environment. Recently, the manager here, Jason, worked with me to replace the kitchen floor due to a water-soaking issue. The arrangement was appropriate, and the replacement was fast. The only thing I think needs an upgrade is the response time for the maintenance team, since now it might take a month, but before it could be only two days. Other than that, everything's great. Neighbors, environments... I recommend this property to anyone who wants a quiet and safe place to live in."

"We moved to Traver Crossing from another apartment complex on Plymouth road (willow tree) recently, and we enjoy our time here. The biggest upgrade is the safety and friendliness of this place. The move in process was smooth, and the apartment quality also is very nice. Everything was polished and felt new upon moving in. Neighbours are friendly, and there is no noise nuisance. The only thing that needs a bit of improvement is their promptness in responding to maintenance request. They have been busy during summer months with move-ins, so I understand that. Additionally, the office hours are also a bit limited, but i am hoping for this to resolve. Overall, this is a great place with reasonable rent and location. It is only a few miles from Argo park for walks/runs/nature activities. The train is also not a major nuisance, and rarely comes now in the fall (summer frequency is more)."

"Traver crossing is a quiet and clean community. Smoking is prohibited, and that's a huge plus. In the winter, the snow gets cleaned very fast. The community manager, Jason, has been very responsive and nice. One thing that it can improve on is the speed for maintenance, sometimes it can take weeks, but overall a great community to live in."
