"The room I stayed in was infested with bed bugs. I came to the hotel to celebrate my graduation. However, the day of my graduation I wake up with bed bug bites all over my body. The bites were huge, red, itchy, and swollen. They ruined my happy positive celebration vibes and left me feeling gross and embarrassed. These bites still bother me to this day and now I am paranoid that I am going to get bitten by bed bugs."
"husband works in saline so, due to some scheduled late nights, we booked a room for the week. we will definitely be using staybridge for future visits. the kitchen makes it seem like a home away from home. room is clean and breakfast has a variety of options to choose from."
"Wow what a fantastic spot and the pool and hot tub are really great. Big and spacious areas - hot tub was so big and perfect temp! The room was so cute and cozy. We had a blast. Also the front desk staff were so wonderful and friendly."
"Whoever worked the night shift front desk on 12/16/23 needs to be fired-rehired-retrained, as a former Hilton employee, I have never seen such disrespect, and direct nastiness directed at guests. I wish he was wearing his name badge so I could name him. But I travel to Ann Arbor for work every 2 weeks and usually make my rounds around all the quality HGI spots this is one I will never return to again."
"I’ve stayed a couple times and staff, location, and facilities all great! One manager, boy if I’ve ever encountered a Karen in my life! No issue till she showed her ugly face! Anything and I mean anything she could get you for she would. It definitely was a headache dealing with this women. I’ll also be contacting corporate. Besides this the rest of the staff, wonderful! Facility was good, location was good. Thank you to the rest of the stuff for all your help!"
