"Think Airbnb to adjust your expectations. The location is great for walkers to explore Main Street and campus. The unit itself was meh. Mine was very drafty, so I was freezing. There were lots of misses from the lack of deep cleaning to the lack of dishes to use the kitchen. The fire alarm went off twice while I was there and while someone always answered my calls, the second alarm took them two hours to turn off. I didn’t have a car so I didn’t have to worry about parking (of which there is none). I walked by the place every time because it doesn’t look like a hotel from The street."
"My husband and I were really excited to stay here but were really disappointed. Our room looked great at first but once we took a closer look, we realized how filthy it was. The sheets were dirty, the fan had a thick layer of dust on it, and the toilet brush was disgusting. My husband reached out to Blue Suede Hospitality with pictures and a list of our complaints. They responded to him quickly and said that they would look into the situation and get back to him. Unfortunately, we never heard from them again."
"The place was really nice and we enjoyed our stay. Only issue was there was a stain on the inner bed sheet and it smelled a bit like raw meat or salami even. We ended up sleeping on the top covers. Other than that the place was really nice and was easy to check in and check out! Highly recommend."
"You cannot beat the location of this hotel, within 10 minutes of walking from many hotspots of Ann Arbor. This hotel definitely feels more like an AirBNB than a hotel with self checkin and rooms feeling well used. Rooms are comfortable and clean for the most part. The building feels a little run down and sits over a comedy club, so it didn’t always feel the most secure. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and would return if visiting Ann Arbor again in the future!"
"Exhibit A2 is perfectly located in Ann Arbor. The hosts are very responsive and friendly, providing contract-free access that utilizes key codes to access the building, elevators, and rooms. The rooms are very clean, quiet, and include full-service kitchen and laundry amenities. We had plenty of space to stretch out and lounge, with very comfortable bedding and linens. It's terrific being able to completely manage the climate in the room using ductless heat/air conditioning units and ceiling fans. Exhibit A2 is the only place we'll stay in Ann Arbor in the future!"
