"Pretty disappointing. Rooms are dark, drab and not the cleanest. Found potato chips on the floor from the previous person underneath one of the chairs in the room. ALL of the hallway carpeting is wrinkled and is a huge tripping hazard, and taped down with duct tape. Hotel not really located in a walkable area. Hotel breakfast is just ok. The person checking us in was very friendly. Overall I really wouldn’t recommend this place, there are much better hotels around the same price."

"The staff was just wonderful. My son had a very long heart surgery at U of M and it was very late when we checked in. We were so tired we couldn't see straight. The night desk clerk could not have been nicer."

"Where to begin. Upon arrival we found 10 spiders in the bathroom and bedroom, some dead and some alive. We also found a sewing needle in the middle of the bathroom floor. The room also smelled bad and the room would not stay a consistent temperature. Either way too hot or way too cold. We voiced these concerns to the front desk and were told the concerns would be relayed to management. We were also given the email addresses of both managers. I emailed both managers, described the issues, and still have yet to hear back days after the original reports. I tried calling corporate and was told that management at this location issued 5k reward points to my account to appease my concerns. This was never communicated to me and seems shady. The pool was also so disgusting my family didn’t want to use it. The water was a weird greenish color and the whole area looked very unkempt. This hotel is filled with issues and is very dated as well. Not consistent with the Hilton brand. Stay elsewhere."

"Don’t stay here. You can hear everyone in the hallway. Air conditioning doesn’t work well. It’s dirty. Pool is yellow? green? Hair in the shower that wasn’t mine. Shower water wasn’t going down. No fan in bathroom. Dust everywhere. Towels barely smelled clean. Very poorly cleaned. Smelled dingy. Very out of date. Coworker staying in a different room had a dead centipede in the toilet…..Overall not well kept. Paint chipping everywhere looks like water damage. All the lights are like hospital lights. No homey feel just dirty & dingy. Yuck. Don’t even want to give it a singular star. Oh yeah just found a bug in my bed also."

"Laying in bed, I could hear the person in the room next to mine using the toilet- It was so loud it sounded as if they were in my bathroom. Peoples' conversations/footsteps in the hallway sounded like they were behind a thick curtain instead of a solid door. The hallway carpets are a tripping hazard with rolls and duct tape. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom. I took my shoes off in my room and immediately put them back on due to the grimey feel of the carpet. The sheets looked clean and the staff was friendly. Pillows were comfy, bed was mediocre. At least one of the back doors was left unlocked one night. Pool closed and gross. Gym open. Breakfast was basic buffet style, nothing more or less than expected of a hotel breakfast. Appreciated the quick grab pastries/coffee as I was in a rush."
