"We went because we wanted to swim (and other reasons). The pool was closed, and it looked like it had been for quite some time based on the employee's reaction and the paper sign on the pool door. There was no mention of the pool being closed on the web site or at check in. Other items were consistent with Hampton Inn's usual high quality . . . cleanliness, breakfast, atmosphere, etc. But swimming was important to us on this trip."
"Great location but disappointed with the stay. The room shower was awful! Like the worst hotel shower I’ve ever seen. I’m not sure if I had a bad room or if that is normal. No water pressure and room temperature water. Also, disappointed in the selection of vending or snacks. No vending and any candy they had was chocolate. As someone is allergic to milk, we had to get back out to get some snacks. Not the end of the world but definitely an inconvenience."
"The manager and Amy got us a great rate and were so easy to work with for our out of town tournament. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The pool was also clean and a good size and the breakfast was good! All staff that we encountered from house keeping to front desk to management were awesome! Highly recommended!"
"BED BUGS! I was devoured (room 279) and the staff/manager showed no concern. I asked to have the manager contact me but they never did. I called the hotel again the following night and staff appeared to be unaware of the incident. It wouldn't surprise me if they rented the room again to some unsuspecting customer the next night. AVOID THIS HOTEL"
"We asked the front desk to clean out room, but it wasn't done. We later called to follow up and we were told that even upon request, we need to wait until our second day to be able to request a cleaning. This contradicts the sign that is on the bathroom mirror that clearly states that the room can be refreshed upon request."
