"Terrible experience. Had a dog bite my ankle once and the owners say absolutely nothing. I brought this up to management and they did nothing about it. When I left I had someone take over my lease and I coordinated with management months in advance for them to absolutely drop the ball on me. Cnb apartments is absolutely worthless. The people who live here are trash."
"Fantastic place to rent. CMB management was always easy to get in touch with, and maintenance requests for even the most mundane things were executed within a couple of days. The building is somewhat old and had a couple of standard old building problems, but they were always addressed quickly. I never felt like I was trying to navigate a bureaucracy. The area is very safe, never once saw any property crime. Plenty of parking if you have visitors or extra cars. It's far enough away from the road to be quiet, sans the occasional loud exhaust on Washtenaw. Only real caveat is that while the management is all super nice and eager to help, I found communication to be somewhat disorganized so I would recommend keeping critical leasing questions to email. It was also a bit annoying getting in and out of the area on foot or in a car since it's right off one of the busiest intersections in the city; the area is laid out such that both the nearby Kroger and Whole Foods aren't that easy to just pop in and out of quickly."
"great place to live at a decent price too! not too far from campus but also super close to a ton of stores and restaurants which is perfect for me. maintenance has been great at addressing everything i’ve brought up. most recently, i contacted them to see if i could move my kitchen cabinet handles, and they surprised me by upgrading me to brand new cabinets and countertops entirely. shoutout to jenny, brian, and woody for going above and beyond! they’ve done a ton to make my apartment that much more comfortable."
"All maintenance inquiries are handled swiftly and respectfully. Shout out to property manager Jenny for her excellent communication and to maintenance staff Joey and Eric for being hard workers and nice guys to boot. CMB management is truly top notch! We'll be going out of our way to stay with them when we move in the future."
