"First, I think the women at the management office are super nice and friendly. I recently moved in and upon arrival there was a large bees nest on my balcony. To make matters worse, I left a piece of bread on my coffee table to later find it completely covered in ants when I returned home from work. I mean COVERED in ants. The trail of them went straight into the very thick carpet. This place has a pest control problem. I was very excited to move in and it has now turned into a very stressful and overwhelming experience."

"Lived here 1 year and got out. Rats running around in the wall vents in the middle of the might, 2 flea infestations (and we didn't have any pets), disgusting heavily stained carpet, and extremely loud and volatile neighbors. There's a reason they're cheap"

"I lived at the Charlton apartments for a year and it was a great experience overall. The neighborhood was nice, grocery shopping was very convenient (Kroger 5 min away), and whenever we had an issue maintenance was very quick. Communication with the leasing office was helpful and friendly. There was central ac and all of the appliances worked well. The only issue was heating, which was pretty inconsistent. We had the corner apartment with wall length windows, so the bedrooms got pretty cold in the winter compared to the living room. Having coin-operated rather than app-based laundry was a little annoying too. Otherwise a really nice place though, would recommend!"

"I've lived in the Charlton Apartments for a year and have overall been satisfied by the experience. Quiet neighbors, quiet street, and clean building. The apartments are on the older side, but every time I've had a maintenance issue, management has dealt with it quickly. The office staff has been nothing but professional and friendly. And the price is very reasonable for the area."
