"I live at Regency and the property manager. Abby literally has seen me numerous times out in the parking lot in my vehicle this morning I get up and there is a toe sticker not even on my window but across the side panel of my car and the window I’ve been through the car wash twice and it still will not come off for me to call the office and then to tell me that the tow company had put it on there. I called the tow company. The tow company says no the complex put it on there, the lady in the office literally gaslight me because she didn’t wanna take responsibility for putting the sticker in the wrong place and then She tells me I can’t say anything to her to talk to her attorney so I did call her attorney but no they’re a cockroaches. My sliding glass door doesn’t slide. My dishwasher doesn’t work correctly the washers work only half of the time and take two full dry cycles to dry Underneath my kitchen sink, there is no finish and by no finish I mean it’s wide open there’s not even a baseboard underneath it. My carpet is not tacked down. My walls were not painted. The fixtures were not clean. I had to clean out the refrigerator and the stove when I moved in , don’t move here and they charge you a maintenance fee for no reason like it’s a condo and not only charge you a pet deposit but also a monthly rate on top of the deposit"

"Things have significantly improved under new management with Village Green. Under TriCap, it was very difficult to get ahold of anyone from management as there were no managers or representatives on site. This is not the case anymore. Abygail and Mark from Village Green are the new onsite property managers and they are incredibly professional, courteous, and friendly. They have also been very timely in the responses and incredibly accommodating when any issues arise. The only reason I would give 4 stars and not 5, is that some of the units are still somewhat outdated in their finishes. For example, parts of the bathroom and entry hallway are carpeted which makes it difficult to clean. Also some amenities such as the AC unit and dishwasher are also on the older side."

"Have not fully moved in yet but so far Managment and maintenance have been great. We got an apartment that was renovated right before we got the keys so there was a few things missed here and there but when we put in a request they had it fixed within 24hr. These were very low priority fixes and right before the holidays."

"We have lived at 611 Regency Way for 3 years and enjoy the community. It is a bit of country mixed with the city. The apartments are spacious for my family of 4. We have great neighbors whom we have gotten to know. My kids also love the pool in the summertime. Our dog loves his walks around the grounds. Aby and Mark in the office have been a welcome addition to the complex."

"I just moved in and my experience with 611 Regency Way has been great! I had an issue with the heat and it was fixed within 24 hours! They also checked back with me once they finished to make sure I thought the problem was resolved. I understand it is under new owners/managers so I would disregard any negative or poor reviews or ratings that date before this past spring. As of November 2023 I think the place is doing a great job!"
