"Excellent rooms! Best hotel and amenities for the price in Kalamazoo hands down! During my stay visiting family for the holidays I was beyond impressed, satisfied and comfortable. My room was clean and looked incredible. I literally felt at home having a shower with hair dryer, microwave, and a decent sized mini-fridge. Thanks to the great amenities and amazing location close to shopping centers I could cook and store food making my stay feel just like home. I can't recommend Red Roof Inn west enough!"

"Quite honestly, you get what you pay for, and for as inexpensive as the rooms are a night... it's pet friendly, the staff are great about helping with anything at truly any time, and I would recommend it. And I do mean any time, there's always someone in the office even at night. Can't say that at some of the other affordable places to stay in a hotel. Especially love being able to get clean sheets and towels any time during the day from housekeeping or the laundry room. Long term stay or short, it's quite cozy with its own air and heat. I especially love that the rooms are private, no connecting hallways, just outside entry doors. I have an invisible disability, and the disabled rooms more than comfortably accommodate that. They also keep a good supply off fresh free coffee made in the lobby, and you can ask for toilet paper whenever you need it in the room."

"Excellent service staff!! Rooms are clean and come with hair dryer, iron, ironing board, microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker. At this price point you will not find a better hotel in Kalamazoo. Every time I stay here it feels like family. Dogs are all welcome and stay for free. Large area for them to walk. Every one here working is always kind and helpful. I love this place and I think you will too."
