"There is no free parking. It cost us 20 for the night. The room was in ill repair. The service seams bothered by our presence. You need a room key for the elevator, and to access electricity for your room. I think next year we will go elsewhere."

"Very nice and clean hotel at a great price. Our room had an almost full size fridge and dishwasher. The bed was comfy and we slept like a rock! We did unfortunately find a bug crawling on the floor this morning and are really hoping it isn’t a bed bug!!"

"Basic motel. The staff are fine. The computer system is slow, so check in and out is always slow. Have never felt unsafe. Breakfast is not good though there are a wide variety of options. Don't even like the coffee. The work out room is adequate for the number of people that use it."

"Great place to stay! We had room 827. It was huge! Kitchen, dining, lots of living space, large bathroom & 2 queen beds. Clean spaces. Staff was really nice. The hotel itself was amazing! Cool artwork everywhere, nice places to hang out both inside and out. Great location where you can walk to restaurants, bars, museums, and shopping."

"From the moment I checked in the staff was friendly, outgoing and accommodating! I was traveling for work and had my 2 dogs and had to make some adjustments with my payment. I thought a pain in the a**, but the staff made it work no problem! Always saying hello or checking in when we came through the lobby. Just amazing! Clean and nice, parking was easy and the location is perfect. I will not stay anywhere else in Kzoo!"
