"Hands down the worst Holiday Inn that I have ever stayed at. Staff was unprofessional and not courteous. The place seems to be poorly maintained. One of the elevators was broken and the other one so slow that we opted to take the stairs to our 5th floor room. The pool’s heater was broken so our kids couldn’t swim for more than 10 minutes at a time. They didn’t serve a continental breakfast but you could pay for the “weekend breakfast buffet” for $11.99 a person and 1 kid can eat free with an adult purchase. We opted to do this one morning of our stay and the nicest way I can describe it was “inedible”. Room key wouldn’t work consistently to get into the pool or with some of the outside doors. Overall - I would never stay there again and hope I save someone else the disappointment."

"Clean, Modernized rooms. Very impressed and satisfied. Definitely gonna come back for vacation next year. Unfortunately this trip was to visit sick family in hospital out of state. The comfortable hotel did help take some relief off the trip! Such friendly staff also! Thank yous so much!"

"Horribly dirty pool center, blowers don't work in some bathrooms. Thermostat broken. Half the place stinks. You try to get soap when it runs out or you try to get more than two towels and it's like pulling teeth if you're lucky to get them at all. For the price it's not worth it. Go elsewhere. I gave it two too many tries. People are extremely friendly though and safe environment. Breakfast is OK."
