"Relatively quiet location, safety has never been a concern for me while living here. I have had a few maintenance and bug issues that have always been taken care of quickly. The neighbors are respectful and management has always been considerate to me. The pool and gym make it worth the price. Utilities have never been high for me, in fact they have free heat. They replace filters twice a year in every apartment and make sure the AC, furnace, and the smoke detectors are in good condition. Overall a decent living space."

"I lived here from Jan 2022-Jan 2023 and the first 6 months were great. The amenities made the rent price worth it in the beginning but then safety became an issue. My car was broken into many times overnight and the office did nothing to make me feel like I could trust that my possessions or my person was safe on the property. Police reports were filed each time and they told me that it happens all the time at the complex. I will say that the maintenance team was terrific every time I dealt with them and the management changed about a month before I moved out."
