"STUDY YOUR LEASE BEFORE SIGNING!!! Madeira only cares about profit. Their apartments are way too expensive for what you get. We gave a 30 day notice and shared how excited we were cause we were buying a house. They didn’t care. Had to be 2 months notice. Asked if they could be good people and help work with us. Nope. They just want their $$ Be prepared to put in several maintenance requests. Their workers are lazy. Neighbors had domestic violence issues, cops were called weekly. Not a safe or good place to stay at all."

"I like my apartment. The rate is affordable for the cost of living right now and maintenance has a great response time. Quiet complex in my opinion. Only thing I wish it had was an in unit laundry/ at least laundry in every building and the batteries die really quick for the heat but I’ll take that. One of the better places I’ve lived."

"Haven’t had any real issues over the 3-4 years I’ve been here. Staff has always been friendly. Grounds are nicely kept year round. The first year I was here snow removal was a big issue but since that winter there hasn’t been any problem. Parking lots have been plowed at least once before 7am. Highly recommend the apartments."

"So in my time here i had a tire and license plate stolen off my car. I now display it from the inside. The put this nice adhesive sticker to tell me to do differently. First time I explain and they allow. 2nd time they say no. I put the sticker they stuck to my car on the door of the person who put it on my car. Building manager says this is disrespectful and says my lease won't be renewed. Lol like I would want to stay now after this. Too bad the rest of the staff is nice. Old property manager Tatiyana was rude and could care less about residents issues. New property manager seems helpful. Too bad Tatiyana's rudeness left me no option but to find a new residence"

"I have been living here for a little over a month now and so far everything has been great! The staff is pleasant, the grounds are very well kept, and if anything needs fixing the maintenance is on it very quickly. Pros: I don't hear any neighbors really (so the walls aren't too thin). The grounds are kept clean and beautiful. Plenty of parking spaces. Security doors on both building door entrances. My apartment was remodeled and updated and it is beautiful! Rent is affordable and not ridiculously priced for what you get. Gas, monthly pest control ("The View" apartments actually charge all of their tenants for this service monthly), trash removal, and water/sewer are also included in the rent here at Madeira!! Yay! Cons: There is no dishwasher (if your in to those). There is no additional storage space provided here. No "individual" patio lights. No swimming pool on site here. Overall, it's a GREAT place in my opinion so far! If anything changes (good or bad), I'll be sure to update my review to reflect it."
