"I didn't make a maintenance request. Apparently, my door did with a low battery alarm. Got a notification that maintenance had entered my apartment while I was at work. Got home from work and there was no note telling me why they entered. Called and was informed about the low battery alarm. However, the Smart Rent app still showed a low battery and the gentleman at the office was unable to tell me if they had even changed the battery. A note stating why my apartment was entered and what was done would have been nice. Renting here has been a pleasant experience for the most part, but this situation was a little odd to me."
