"Maybe with new ownership it may be better, but from this past year, the living has not been great which is why I chose not to renew my lease. From leaking ceilings, to moving into a dirty apartment with rat droppings everywhere, dirty floors and cabinets, and dirt coming from under the shower walls was very unpleasant. They expected us when we’d move out to clean our apartments, yet they couldn’t do that for us when we moved in? There’d be weird bugs that’d come in which was very uncomfortable. Overall I hope they do some serious changes to the “updated” buildings and make it better living than what I experienced."
